Peru is a very beautiful and diverse country. Its landscape, people, culture, food, music, and dance will make your traveling in Peru a very memorable experience that will live within you long after you have returned home.
Lester has traveled to many towns in Peru since the year 2000. He communicates well with the local people and is familiar with traveling safely throughout Peru. Our group will have the options to visit Cuzco and Machu Picchu in addition to the Sacred Valley, the Islands of Lake Titicaca, the Nazca Lines and more.
There are many museums, churches, sacred ruins, and marketplaces to visit. And there are farm communities where the local people specialize in weaving, ceramics and decorating gourds… in addition to their farm produce. We can stay with some of Lester’s friends in their homes and at other times we can spend the night in tourist hostels/hotels. And we will join with local communities in celebrating their “festival-of-the day”.
